NEW TOYS

This weekend I cleaned out Rowan’s toys since I think he was getting pretty bored with them. We went outside and collected rocks, sticks and pinecones from the backyard. I put them in my plastic kitchen storage containers and called them “new toys”. I took some kitchen utensils placed them on a tray, and called it a “new game”.

I will enjoy this age when simple things like this make him so happy. I suspect it is not going to last forever.
