LITTLE PLANET BOOK

My three-year old nephew, Nathan is a big Solar System fan. So, he and my sister wrote a a book about the planets, allowing him to sharpen his reading skills while working on something he really loves. My sister sent me the text, and I designed this little planet shaped book. I hope Nathan approves!

I LOVE this! I just pinned it on my pinterest. I hope thats okay. what a great and very cool gift for a little guy. I have a two year old boy and I made a similar book but it wasn't about one topic (solar system) so that's awesome. I like yours better. take care. great blog and craft.

Try Rainbow Breathing! Taking deep breaths when feelings get overwhelming is a practice that can be invaluable for all of us. When kids are feeling anxious or stressed this practice can help them find calm and regulate their nervous feelings. Using fun modalities like this Rainbow Breathing tool, can be a good way to introduce this practice to young people in a fun way that won’t make the practice seem too intimidating.
