HIBISCUS, RASBERRY AND ORANGE ICED TEA

I make iced tea constantly throughout the summer. I am not a big fan of plain water, so this is a great way for me to get liquid into my body. I like to mix up different complimentary flavors for extra deliciousness.
Right now, I am loving Hibiscus tea and add whatever other interesting tea bags I like. I always have a pitcher  in the fridge during the warm months. Refreshing!
Hibiscus, Rasberry and Orange Iced Tea
3 Hibiscus Rasberry Tea Bags
3 Tangerine Orange Tea Bags
Large Pitcher
Water
Add tea bags to a large pitcher and fill with filtered water. Let steep in the refrigerator for an hour to overnight.

My family drove down to Disneyland from Vancouver when I was little and we were all shocked to discover that iced tea is not sweet in the States! I add in a bunch of lemonade to sweeten it up when I make iced tea at home. 🙂

Ha! I am from Florida and it is definitely sweet in the South! They like it with a lot of sugar! I just have been trying to drink it with less or no sugar especially when I was pregnant. Oh and when I was pregnant I was addicted to Lemonade and Iced Tea mixed (called and Arnold Palmer here):)

Try Rainbow Breathing! Taking deep breaths when feelings get overwhelming is a practice that can be invaluable for all of us. When kids are feeling anxious or stressed this practice can help them find calm and regulate their nervous feelings. Using fun modalities like this Rainbow Breathing tool, can be a good way to introduce this practice to young people in a fun way that won’t make the practice seem too intimidating.
