paper airplane birthday cards

I love little paper airplanes. There is something satisfying about making them and then watching them fly across the room. I made some paper airplanes for “Rowan” to play with, then got inspired to make a little birthday card design out of them.
Use 8 1/2″ x 11″ white paper and THESE folding instructions to create the plane above.

Download a printable HERE. Make sure you start with the graphic on the underside when you begin the folding instructions.

Try Rainbow Breathing! Taking deep breaths when feelings get overwhelming is a practice that can be invaluable for all of us. When kids are feeling anxious or stressed this practice can help them find calm and regulate their nervous feelings. Using fun modalities like this Rainbow Breathing tool, can be a good way to introduce this practice to young people in a fun way that won’t make the practice seem too intimidating.
Hi friends! Barnes and Noble has a nice promotion running!
This was our view when we were in Scotland. It was so good to walk by this river and empty my mind. Scotland, you charmed our whole family and brought us some moments of peace and bonding that we really needed. Sound on😌. River Earn, Crief, Scotland.
