Since my son was born, I feel like my work life became one big side project. Rowan came into my life and totally changed everything. His energy fills me up and touches almost everything I do. My need to work, create and produce is still a big part of who I am, but I have found that the work has been undeniably influenced by my child. This blog, for instance, is my outlet. It is the space where Rowan and my creativity meet and make sense.

I have become obsessed with other designer/parents, and how they make it all work. I love hearing designers talk about how having kids inspired there careers.  As a parent making a successful living as a designer/entrepreneur, Tina Roth Eisenberg‘s message hit home.
