Here is a cozy drink for when you are up late tonight wrapping presents. I made it with coconut milk, but you can certainly substitute with whole or low fat milk.

Vegan Hot Chocolate with Coconut Milk

2 cups Coconut Milk
3 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract

Heat up coconut milk to just below boiling. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir until heated through. Serve hot.
