These cardboard signs stuck to any mirror you own can be a part of a daily practice for creating habit of self-love. Kids can make their own positive messages, and take a few moments each day to be kind to the wonderful kid in the reflection.
Kids can try this meditation each day:
Pick up your feel good mirror and hold it in front of you.
Close your eyes and count to 3 then open your eyes and read the message.

Try this in the morning to start the day. Create a variety of messages and change every few days.
