This book is great for parents who want to discuss emotions with their kids. It is very interactive and it is really great to help kids connect with their feelings. Also, there is a cool surprise at the end. I also think it could be especially helpful for kids on the spectrum who may have difficulty verbalizing their feelings. I really love this book!
